Waking up is still pretty hard to do, and I generally go through a half-hour of grogginess before feeling more awake. The weekend went pretty well, didn't need to shift the nap around too much. I did however go to bed at 2:30ish this morning, and didn't wake up until closer to 8:00 ish. I was planning on an extra 1.5 hours of sleep (not the extra 2.5 hours that it turned out being), since I played basketball for a few hours in the morning and didn't want to suck too badly!
So this is the third week of the sleep schedule, and I am still liking it, although I am hoping my body will continue to adjust since I am currently pretty tired (woke up from my nap about a half hour ago).
