Biphasic Sleep: Day 22

It feels like my body is really getting used to the new schedule, It may just be the extra sleep over the weekend, but today I feel really good. I hit a little bit of tiredness just after lunch (probably partly due to overeating!), but it went away after about 20 minutes, and can honestly say that it didn't seem any worse than what I generally experienced on a monophasic sleep schedule.

My evening nap was good, and I was able to get out of bed within a couple minutes of waking up. My evening working period was productive and I felt pretty good for most of the night. Around 2:30 am or so, I did start to get pretty tired, so sleep at 2:30 am was welcome at that point.
