Biphasic Sleep: Day 25

Felt good today, not overly tired at any point throughout the day. Having just woken up from my evening nap, I am feeling a little drowsy at the moment, but hopefully as the evening progresses I'll wake up a little bit.  

I have found that there is one negative side affect of the extended working time—my ass is getting pretty tired of sitting in my work chair. I need to mix up my where I sit from time to time!

Today I have been feeling as though I am getting congested in my chest. I think tonight, I will do my normal sleep schedule (3:30 am – 6:30 am), but I am planning on getting quite a bit more sleep over the weekend to see if resting up might help with that (I'm thinking like 2:00 am – 8:00 am). I am also feeling slightly tired at the moment, so the extra sleep may be good to catch me up. After the weekend, I may begin to throw in a few 4.5 hour sleeping nights here and there as needed. I have resisted this so far, since I have wanted to stick to a regular schedule as much as possible, but now that I have been doing this for nearly a month, my body should be used to the sleep/nap schedule. I also don't think my body will argue too much about getting the extra sleep.
