Biphasic Sleep: Day 28

I slept in quite a bit over the weekend, although still less than 8 hours of sleep per day. I kept my 3:30 bedtime, but yesterday I ended up waking up around 9:00 am, and this morning I didn't fully awaken until 9:30 am. It's hard to tell the affects of the sleeping in; I actually think I have felt more tired the past couple of days, which is probably in some part due to the change in schedule. I'll try to get back to a more regular schedule this week.

I had a good evening nap this evening, slept well, and I was able to get up without too much trouble. I have read reports of other people being able to pop right up feeling great from their sleep periods...I'm still waiting for that feeling, but this evening's wake-up was a little easier than they have been.
