Biphasic Sleep: Day 29

Wow I was tired today...I did actually start feeling better as the day wore on, but I definitely was quite tired. I got quite a bit of sleep over the weekend, and my sleeping times shifted a little, so I'm' think that is what caused the issue. I'll try this week to get back on track, and maybe try to stay on schedule this next weekend to see if that makes a difference.

My evening nap was good, and I woke up feeling quite a bit better. My eyes are still a little tired feeling, but the nap definitely helped.
