I slept in. In the future, I have been thinking that I could possibly sleep an extra 90 minutes on the weekends, just because it's kind of nice too know you can sleep in on a day off (even though my definition of 'sleeping in' has changed quite a bit). However, I was hoping to not do the sleeping in until has fully adjusted. Unfortunately this morning my body took control of the snooze button, and I ended up sleeping for an extra two hours (Hitting the snooze button for hours is a bad habit I've had, and not a result of the sleep experiment). I figure things like this will happen, so it's not too big of a deal. I did wake up feeling good, and I felt good for most of the day. Hopefully it doesn't throw me off too much.
Because it is a weekend, and we were out doing other things, I didn't make my evening nap until 8:45. The nap went well, fell asleep quickly, and was able to rise from the nap without too much trouble. I felt pretty refreshed and ready to go after that, and now, a half hour before bedtime, I am still feeling really quite good.
