Things have been pretty uneventful, so I haven't updated the sleeping log for a couple of days. The weekend really threw things into more of a less structured schedule. On Sunday night, my 8:00pm nap got pushed until 11:30, and on both Sunday and Monday (Labor Day), I ended up sleeping in an extra 90 minutes. Even with the messed up schedule, I did feel pretty good. It was nice to get back on schedule last night, and as far as my level of sleepiness is concerned, I've been feeling really good today. I have felt as though I am coming down with a cold yesterday and today, which I am sure has something to do with the transition to my new sleeping schedule. I have been loading up on Vitamins to combat it. Other than that, I am really happy so far with the new schedule. I am definitely not as tired as I would have expected during this stage in the game, and I am getting quite a bit done with my extra time.
