Yesterday was a pretty tired day. We watched a movie with dinner which I had a pretty hard time staying awake for. Most of the day it felt as though I was fighting my eyelids, but I did make it the whole day without giving in and taking a nap! My evening nap was great (as expected for being so tired), and although I woke up from it feeling pretty tired, I felt quite a bit better for my evening shift.
This morning I had an easier (although still somewhat difficult) time waking up, and I definitely feel a lot better this morning than last. It's interesting how I can feel quite a bit better without getting any additional sleep...I just stuck to the schedule and I'm feeling better.
